The staff was friendly. james was helpful upon our arrival (a true gem!). the room was always clean. This.
the room lacked a coffee machine. i would have loved to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. this small addition would enhance the experience.

The staff was friendly and helpful. James and Valerie stood out with their professionalism. I received an upgrade to a fifth-floor room, which allowed me ample space to settle in during my six-night stay. It was such a lovely surprise. The hotel provided great wifi and a very comfortable bed.
The breakfast was a bit expensive for what it offered. There are cheaper and better options nearby.

My room included a large tv and a lovely shower. The room was decorated tastefully and practically. The bathroom was well sized. Air conditioning worked wonderfully.

The hotel provides excellent services such as lametta, schiuma da barba, and even a piastra per capelli upon request, in addition to standard amenities. The reception area is nicely furnished with comfortable chairs.

The location is near cafes, the beach, and restaurants. It is also a short walk to the parking garage. The hotel's Gros area location gives you the chance to enjoy the area with locals.

lovely staffgreat stay
the staff were lovely, james was particularly helpful when i arrived. another young man helped us book a taxi back to bilbao airport. all in all it was a great stay, i must say.
the room was very small. one hard back chair was available in the room, so comfort was not optimal!

small roommissing minibar
The room size felt quite restrictive (I could barely move around). The lack of a coffee machine in the room was a real letdown for me. I found the minibar missing as well, which would have been useful for storing drinks. I did expect more conveniences, especially considering the price I paid. I did not find that it matched my expectations.
